What is Prole Fitness?

Prole /prōl/ a member of the working class

Like so many others, I struggled to find time to work on my fitness goals. Between work, home life, and traffic. Getting to the gym was next to impossible, and when I could. I often got stuck dealing with silly issues like; long wait times for equipment, (AKA The Smith Machine Dash) working out so late that rest was too poor for recovery and having to diet on the go and at work. Before becoming a trainer. I also struggled with my own weight loss. Weighing as much as 218 lbs. with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 34.1. I had to navigate plateaus, regains, bad habits, and so much misinformation. Thanks to the very same techniques I utilize in my programming. I’m at a maintenance weight of 138 lbs. Now as much as I’d like to promise such changes for everyone. Your progress is dependent on your effort, and in some very rare cases genetics can even have a limiting impact. That said, what I can guarantee is a safe scientific approach toward wellness that works around your busy lifestyle.
