Our $30 in-home consultations (1-2 hours depending on client) come with a bioelectric impedance analysis, oximeter reading, blood pressure check, and free in-depth physical assessment designed to facilitate a custom plan developed around your needs to meet your goals. We’ll discuss what hinderances and barriers to both diet and exercise you’ve struggled with in the past, and ways to negate them while establishing short-term & long-term goals, along with a digital copy of your custom workout plan. (Weekly consultations available for experienced lifters!)

Our $100 in-home personal training sessions (1-2 hours depending on the client) include a custom workout, guidance in stretching, self-myofascial release techniques, warm-up, core & balance training, plyometric skill development, resistance training, (all equipment is provided) weekly BIA and kitchen side nutrition coaching. All designed in accordance with the NASM®️ Optimum Performance Training Model. ™
